I’m so excited to share this Faust Street Bridge senior session with you today! Senior sessions are always special to me because I love capturing such an important time in life; this one was extra special because Elizabeth is my cousin!

Faust Street Bridge Senior Session

Elizabeth and I had originally planned to do her senior session at Overlook Park in Canyon Lake, TX, but an unexpected closure changed our plans. She really wanted to incorporate some form of water in her session so I suggested Faust Street Bridge in New Braunfels, TX. This location offered the beautiful bridge and river access below! She happily agreed to the change of location.

It was no surprise that the bridge was busy with tourists as well as other photographers hosting sessions. We really had to get creative with some shots to make sure we didn’t capture people in the background. Whenever we had small breaks in the crowd we would get those few shots with the whole bridge in the background.

We finished the session by the water and I have to say that those are some of my favorite shots ever. This was Elizabeth’s second senior session so she was already a natural at all things posing! We actually filmed some behind the scenes content of this session and posted it on our Instagram.

I just want to thank Elizabeth for trusting me with our last minute location change. This really ended up being one of my favorite sessions of all time. I want to wish her the very best in her college journey as she studies to become a nurse. Congratulations to Elizabeth and the rest of the Wimberley High School Class of 2023!
