I’m so excited to share this New Braunfels, TX family session with you today! When Mrs. Chambers reached out about family photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with them again! I always love working with repeat clients. It means so much to me when I get to capture families over and over again; I truly feel like a family friend.

New Braunfels, TX Family Session

This session was special in so many ways but the biggest twist came at the very end with a surprise proposal. Back in the Fall of 2022, I captured their daughter Kirby’s graduation portraits. So needless to say I knew Mrs. Chambers and Kirby already. When I first found out about the surprise proposal that would be taking place I was so excited!! I just love capturing these special moments for families and especially my seniors.

The Chambers family had the perfect location—their own private river access in Gruene. We had to wait a while for the sun to go down just enough to give us the best light. In the meantime, I had the chance to meet the rest of the Chambers family. Every single member of this family is just lovely and funny, including their future son-in-law! I don’t think I’ve laughed so much during a family session.

Finally, the moment came for Brock to propose to Kirby. The moment was so sweet and I was so honored to be the one capturing it.

To the Chambers Family, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! Your family is so sweet, and getting to know everyone was so much fun! I can’t wait to see you all continue to grow together! Congratulations to Kirby and Brock! I wish you both the happiest future together!
